The wine dinners at Blossom & Brie have been very popular with our guests. On Wednesday, June 12th, we will have the pleasure of working with Winery Owner Zach Bonewell from Grand Napa Vineyards who will showcase a variety of wines expertly paired by Chef Wesley with a 5-course meal.
The evening will start at 6:00pm with passed hors d’oeuvres, wine and time to mingle and wander the farm. The dinner will start at 7:00pm. Chef Wesley will describe each course and how it’s prepared and Zach will tell us more about each wine being paired with the course. There will be live music provided by Jim Blackburn, saxophonist.
