Join us on Sunday, August 31st, as we celebrate the end of summer with a special event at the farm! From 12 PM to 4 PM, Chef Wesley and his team will be serving up a unique menu designed for the perfect long weekend celebration.
This isn’t your average dining experience—Chef Wesley has been hard at work preparing a special feast. The menu will feature classic BBQ favorites like smoked ribs and smoked chicken, alongside fresh, farm-inspired dishes such as a vibrant mixed berry salad. For our vegetarian and vegan guests, we’ll also have our popular vegetable korma available.
On the Menu:
- BBQ Pork Ribs – A half or full slab of our tender, smoked ribs with baked beans, macaroni & cheese, and southern cornbread. Perfect for sharing or a feast all your own. ($24 / $39)
- Farm Raised & Smoked ½ Chicken – A succulent half chicken, smoked to perfection and served with a side of coleslaw, baked beans, and cornbread. ($32)
- Mixed Berry Salad with Chicken – Organic greens topped with fresh mixed berries, crumbled goat cheese, Marcona almonds, and a zesty citrus vinaigrette. A light and refreshing option. ($26)
- American Red Snapper – Roasted with eggplant, zucchini, heirloom tomatoes, spinach, and a tangy tomato-caper salsa. ($42)
- Bone-In Prime Strip Steak – A truly special dish served with creamy mashed potatoes, country green beans, and your choice of black garlic or bone marrow butter. ($75)
- Vegetable Korma – Our delicious vegan curry with seasonal vegetables and basmati rice. ($29)
- Kids Mac & Cheese or Chicken Tenders – A simple, delicious option for our younger guests. ($10)
As you enjoy the delicious food and beautiful scenery, we’re thrilled to be hosting The Freecoasters! They’ll be bringing their fantastic live music to the Celebration Barn from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. You’re welcome to arrive early for your reservation or stay a bit longer to enjoy the show. Our bar will be open inside the barn for you to purchase drinks.
If you can’t make it for the full event, you can still grab a taste of the farm. We’ll be offering pulled pork sandwiches and brats for sale in the barn on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
